The forecast is for sunny, sunny, and again sunny on the day (don't worry, I too had to read that twice myself). All one can assume is the venue will not only live up to its name but be good under hoof and any tourists won't be begging for a brolly. Kick things off with a 1200m 2yo maiden. Seven acceptors, four on debut and the others have raced just once. Re the experienced, all three beaten a long way, SHE'S HOTSTUFF comes via the MM Debut, could be the pick. Re the newcomers all have had at least one public trial. NATION did place a close 2nd to Harry's Back in his first trial, that reads okay (might read better after (R1 in town on Saturday). DOUBTWILLY and WINGMASTER have the advantage of being trained on the track hence avoid a road trip. Not at all keen to get involved.
