YUKAINA was a most impressive debut winner at Colac. There were significant beaten margins back to 2nd then 3rd then 4th which is usually a great sign. The time was fast. JAMESJOHNO returned well in a BM70 over this trip. He's drawn for a good trail. His only win was here. He trialled well before that return with King Tut well behind him in that trial. PULA was quickly spelled after a plain return in the Spring. Her form around that first prep is good for this. She trialled well with ROCK THEM JOOLS in behind her. That horse ran well behind JAMESJOHNO's maiden win. PARTY BENEFITS gets out beyond 1000 for the first time on a dry track. She's going very well. FRom a soft draw she gets the benefit of the doubt. SOTOMAYOR and MISS KASEI have wide draws. No surprise if neither start but both are going well.
