As off-season BM88s go this shapes up nicely and adds interest right to the end of the day. Pace looks solid here courtesy of 3, 9, 13 and 17. 10 and 5 draw to be nice and handy as well. There was a time when HOLLYWOOD HERO could use a low draw to be handy but I fancy those days are behind him. Given his first-up finish though I reckon we can expect to see him ripping home again, 61 kilos and all. Overall 2nd-up form reads well but particularly his latest two - both times when 1400 to 1600m. The trips this time are similar enough for me to think he's a real bet here. Plenty of other chances including the well backed 1st-up winner MR CHAPLIN.
