Here we go over a distance and the leader is likely to come from either 1, 2 or 5. THEBUDGIESMUGLA looks so ready 3rd-up. He is 4 from 4 at 2200/2400m and has handled a range of conditions. Yes, KING OF THE SEA got him last stride at Gosford but I thought BUDGIE was very game after being left fighting for the front 600m from home. UNAVOIDABLE comes up from lesser races but has that lightly raced look about him. KURAKKA on wet ground but has been very happy around this distance. THRICE has been disappointing relative to market expectations at both runs out here. Could it be three times?
