INSURRECTION was scratched at first sight of barrier 12. NERVOUS WITNESS won a trial at Tatura back in early 2021 and on the strength of that was quickly shipped off to Hong Kong. He enjoyed some early success, winning five races over there in total but just one since 2022. He's been back in Australia for quite a while -we saw him winning a Flemington jumpout last May - then three more hitouts recently, winning the latest by a huge space on Jan 29th, with Treasurethe Moment 3rd. He's now an 8YO off a long break so betting moves will be interesting right up until jump time. THE BLACK CLOUD has freshened and had two trials already in 2026. Likes the short course.
