NEVER SURRENDER (formerly trained by Andrew Gluyas) drops in grade on recent runs. He was found to be suffering from heat stress after finishing down the track at Balaklava last month. LAKEHURST can settle handy to the speed from the inside gate and give a bold sight. SUPER SUNNY SEEYA was having his first run on the track when runner-up to Shikanic. He's likely to have taken benefit from that. SAMANTH got the money here two starts ago. Not much went his way from a wide gate last time and he was not disgraced in finishing fourth.
