STRAAND CARE has enough early speed to cross and lead if he leaves the barrier on good terms (he sometimes doesn't) whilst JOSEPHINE can make good use of an inside gate if she's ridden with intent from the barrier and unlike some of her opponents, she does have scope to improve here. STRAAND CARE has handed in solid efforts at both starts since a spell and he can play a part again when he now makes a Beaumont track debut. MIRAI SAN can be forgiven for an unplaced latest home based Scone effort when his defeat was costly for all concerned (including punters!) DUBAI GOLD is ready to relish a distance rise third up. TWILIGHT ROCK had too much to do here within this distance range first up and he's race-fitter now.
