Track rated heavy 10 at the time of acceptances with a forecast for mostly sunny weather leading up to the meeting. FORMENTER raced on the pace at Strathalbyn on debut before fading late to finish fourth. He'll be better for the race experience and has favourably in barrier 3. PRETTY MORSEL worked home well from back in the field to finish third in a leader dominated race at Strathalbyn last start. The step up to 1430m looks ideal. RESILIENT RUBY has performed fairly in two runs to date. She'll find this easier and should not be overlooked. ROAD TO THE CITY led them up at Port Augusta on Sunday before tiring late.
