SUFFOLK STAR (also accepted to run at Flemington today) was given a break after finishing fourth in the Ramsden Stakes in May. He won two in a row prior to that and finds himself in a winnable race here. HARLEY'N'ROSE made a long wide run here last time, then only battled into fifth. Two runs prior were sound and a firmer track is in his favour today. HIGH SOCIETY GIRL has been around the mark in recent runs and should not be overlooked. LIKE A TIGER was able to lead throughout over 1950m last week. He's unknown over this trip though and is at his best with some give in the ground.
