There wasn't much between INVERTATIONAL and FROM THE BLOCK in the finish a fortnight ago. I'm leaning towards the latter as he has drawn favourably in barrier 1 and can give a big sight. JACKS ON ICE was placed at Caulfield when resuming last month. He went to Swan Hill last time and finished fifth, just one length from the winner. The blinkers come off BOUNCING BEYOND after he raced too keenly last start. Expecting to see him improve. THE STALKER is yet to win on a rain affected track but he was close-up in the finish in the heavy conditions last time.
