SO POLITE looked the likely winner here when resuming, only to be claimed late by Fluttering Ruby. She'll strip fitter again and can go one better. REOFFER won a trial at Balaklava on 4/12 by almost ten lengths. She got into the placings over 900m when first-up last preparation. SIMPLY SID has finished in the placings at his last three outings. With the right run, he'll be around the mark again. EVEN IN AMERICA struggled on a wet track at Bordertown on debut in June. She has trialled well leading into this and could show up fresh. TIDDY WIDDY and BEL HOSTESSE are others with claims.
