FAVOURITE DEPUTY worked home soundly at his 1200m debut. He should be able to settle closer to the speed from the kind draw up in trip and take holding out. SEDITIUOUS AWARD has been finding the line well of late and should again be strong when it counts. FRENCH SOUL was sound when placing at his synthetic track debut and may be capable of even better on turf. Former Victorian VORTISTAR was game in defeat at his local debut, then may've been a tad flat when failing to finish off at the short quote second up.
