THE ADIGE surely improves with blinkers first time and also is not jumping up dramatically up in trip like last start when up from 1200m to 1600m. That race was run at a brutal tempo with tearaway leader, so more vulnerable on 1600m debut. Got roughed up straightening up. The horse who was causing The Adidge grief was BORN SURVIVOR who can hold a spot from the draw and has a strong profile on good tracks. Has good foundation of three runs at 1600m + to be ready for step up in trip. Bit keen last start. JUST MY LOT runs up on the speed, draws low, and has been gallant in recent starts. Went well here last run when first three clear of fourth. PRECAMBIAN was well backed when making debut at 1600m, but first four in the run ran the top four placings. SIXTY GRAND has looked a stayer, blinkers added.
