Off we go to Gosford for their biggest day of the year. It seems that rain will set in all next week but we are looking sweet for dry conditions through to the end of the weekend. The 2YO race that gets us into it mirrors the race that opened proceedings at Hawkesbury last Saturday. Waller had five of the eight acceptors there as well - ending up with three of five on the day - and they formed the trifecta with a $1.22 fave missing out. 1 and 3 are also in at the Gold Coast. ST GOTTHARD is the $2.7M yearling that won narrowly and has had a quiet trial since. Presuming plenty of upside still (you would hope). PRIORY PARK beat a decent horse at Muswellbrook last week, with a big gap to the others.
