The potential is there for a solidly run race. This would suit ERUPT who comes back to the 1715m off a 6 week freshen. He showed at his 2nd start that he's stayer with a bright future. His 1600m debut was sound too. That tempo was slow and unsuitable. If he can handle the heavy expect him to be strong. WHO'LLSTOPLORRAINE has heavy form. She had an issue two back then last time was okay when she led in the worst ground. Don't know RAINSUN on heavy ground but his debut was encouraging. TENNESSETWOPIECE is getting close to a win. Drawn outside around Geelong might suit him. PARI MOI has had her chances but continues to race well from the front. Emergencies TARNATION and LEPRACANTO have claims.
