Scheelite to lead from Zou Sensation and Private Eye at a fair pace. WARNIE won this race last year. He didn't have a lot of luck in either of the Caulfield Group 1 handicaps. From gate one, he'll need luck again. HUGHES meets PRIVATE EYE and WAR MACHINE 4kg better for a close third to them at Caulfield. He's drawn better than them too. Both are threats, though War Machine may go back from his gate and need luck. ZOU SENSATION should give a good sight from on the speed. PERICLES gets to a more suitable trip. DESERT LIGHTNING should run well. CAFE MILLENIUM, AMENABLE and KING ZEPHYR next.
