She is unbeaten in 2 starts third up in the past, and is drawn perfectly here. She is ready to go one better. HARD ROCA (6) has been racing well, and though he was only seventh at Te Rapa 2 weeks ago, he was less than 2 lengths from the winner. The extra furlong is ideal, and he can have the last say this time. YALDI (2) was not far away in the G3 Aotearoa Classic 4 weeks ago, and that form will stack up nicely at this level. He has not won for some time, but that can change here. ESPADAS (10) set the pace and was too strong over 1100m here 3 weeks ago. The extra 300m didn't suit him in his penultimate start, but he is worth another chance over that trip in this. OLD BILL BONE (1) was only beaten by a head at Trentham 5 weeks ago, and on a wet track, he will be a threat in this field. Stick with him.
