HIGH SOCIETY (2) has been a beaten favourite in both of his starts this prep, and has been crying out for more ground in each of them. He is perfectly placed third up, and even from a tricky gate, he can set the record straight in this. Follow your money. BURNERPHONE (9) has been heading the right way with his form, and put the writing on the wall when finishing second by a neck at Te Rapa just over 2 weeks ago. He has a good gate and can go one better in this. MISS PARKER (8) can't be faulted with her consistency, and she was only bloused out late when finishing runner-up by a head at Pukekohe last time out over 1300m. She is now ready for a mile and should be right in the finish again. DUX (11) was put aside after a couple of good runs in the spring. She will be a lot stronger now, and is fresh up over a mile which is a good sign. Check the market. KAKASISISI (13) steps up to a mile for the first time at only her third career start, and she is ready to run a big race. Each way.
