BRUTAL LOVE was given a break after winning two races on the trot in November. He was tuned up for this with a trial win on January 12th. INAZUMA BOY was placed in a leader dominated race at Gosford two starts ago. He went around in a stronger race at Canterbury last time where he finished fourth. BEAUTY EDGE worked hard to find the front at Cowra last time and kept kicking to score. There were some excuses for ZAKOR at his latest outing however it has been quite a while since he last tasted success. CANAMBLE is up in grade but not the roughest.
