SARDIUS is the most lightly raced horse and he showed good heart breaking through over this trip here last start. Tougher test here but he could be on the up. THE VOCALIST is capable of a good finish and did find some trouble last start. Racing with gear changes, REDWOOD SHADOW looks ready for a step up in trip. PATSY?S STAR was second last but not too far away in town last start. BUDDING has not been far away in similar races of late. SCORPION BAY won his maiden over a similar trip in November and his last two runs over shorter have been solid.
