State-based Tote pools across Australia have been combined into a single national Tote ('One Pool'), meaning there is now only one set of Tote dividends nationwide.
This industry-wide change may affect the prices available and how some Tote bets are settled. Tote (TO) now represents the combined national Tote ('One Pool'), while Tote+ (TO+) returns the better of the Tote dividend and Starting Price (SP).
Other rules:Only final field runners subject to deductions
Selections: 5-4-14-9
OTTALAUS started favourite at Tatura last start but just weakened final stages. He had been racing well prior and can bounce back. NAKED LIGHT chased home solidly and grabbed a minor placing at Bendigo last start. Third-up from spell and he will be competitive. GOLDE N FIRE mixed her form in Adelaide last prep but she has won two jumpouts leading into this and would not dismiss. DUN GRACEFULLY resumes from spell. She was placed in a couple of starts at this track first prep and two recent jumpouts will have her forward enough.
