Most of these have a case. CANNAE made a solid debut at Sandown over 1300m. He looks well suited to the 1500m second go. Drawn 8 of 9 it will be interesting to see what D Lane decides to do. No surprise if he pushes forward. PEEAITCHDEE begins his 3rd preparation. He's placed his past six starts with 2nds his past three. One is behind subsequent group horse Zambardo. He's trialled well. SUNBURNT COUNTRY returned as a gelding at Seymour producing his best effort so far in his 6 start career. He had his chance in a dash home putting a significant margin on 3rd. He maps well. WASHINGTON LILAC will be suited to 1500m 2nd up. Her return was sound and there's strength to that Clevor Trevor form.
