On pace runners, 3, 5, 7 10, 11, 13. PIER PRESSURE almost overcame an unsuitable run on the Kensington track within this distance range last start with William Stanley aboard. She presents in the same class today with the claim possibly invaluable when William retains the ride today. KENMARE BAY was resuming when he dug deep to withstand the threat from PIER PRESSURE last start on the Kensington track and he can be expected to again make his presence felt today. GRAPHIC SIGHT was produced second up in his first campaign as a gelding when he posted quick closing sectionals to score at Hawkesbury and he can progress when he now makes his Canterbury debut. BAT OUT OF HELL became unsuited in transit third up at his Warwick Farm home base. He will have scope to improve when he tackles a distance rise here. SPIV led throughout over 1400m at Newcastle with Leeshelle Small aboard and with Leeshelle retaining the ride today, this race will also be within his reach.
