OSO SPIRITED and I AM THE EMPIRE can be most prominent early. CAP SAINT MARTIN must be forgiven for an unplaced second up effort on the Kensington track when there were excuses within this distance range. WRATHFUL kept trying in a race that wasn't run to suit at Rosehill. He still has scope to improve. OSO SPIRITED has handed in two solid efforts in defeat since her spell and she's had the foundation which will allow her to now appreciate this journey. I AM THE EMPIRE trialed on the Caulfield Heath track before he then was given a jump-out at Flemington and unlike most, he can be expected to cope over this journey first up.
