ORCHID SKY was sound at debut in G3 company behind Blue Diamond horses. Extra 200m ideal. Only other horse to have raced is EXPENSIVE TASTE who was fancied at debut, tiring after showing pace. Good jump-out form amongst the debutants including TOLAGA BAY who has won a couple of Cranbourne heats. His half-sister Perfect Beth won at Ascot at debut. Lindsay Park's pair REGAL AMBITION and WHIMSY SMILE have been coming along well; the latter's city winning half sister Maybe The Best was a first start winner. Have to respect a Moody/Coleman horse, THE CELLIST being out of an imported stakes winner.
