DIVINE FIRE was runner-up this track/trip two starts ago, then backed up a couple of days later and got the money at Strathalbyn. SUIT OF WANDS has only managed one win to date but his latest run behind Contrary was good enough for this. Backmarker LAFONT ran home well to finish fourth behind Contrary last time and is another worth including. EMPIRESTATEOFMIND improved into the placings at his third run back from a spell. He has plenty of weight to carry here but has drawn to get a good run. THE TRUE BELIEVER chased home Chartin when dropping in grade at Murray Bridge last time.
