WANT A WINNER is a lightly raced sprinter with a terrific strike rate. He's unbeaten fresh, he's trialled well and William Pike takes the ride. HAIDA GWAII looks the danger. She showed plenty of ability last preparation, winning four of six. She should be ready to rock 'n' roll first-up after being given three trials. I expect she'll look to lead and take some running down. VALSASSINA was sound last week. Clint Johnston-Porter goes on and she draws the inside gate. STREET BAND can run a race fresh.
