12 could lead 9 and 11. SMART RETURN is new to 1300m and it is absolutely some sort of query here but she is down in grade from last start and the run prior (1210m) goes very very close to winning this. Can see her slotting in for a really cosy trail as well. PORT LOUIS ran to expectations in the Camperdown Cup then was back in trip and drawn widest at Mt Gambier but hit the line well. Presume settles worse than midfield here too.
