Sure to have improved over the break and can return in winning form. HAPPY WIDE (9) knuckled down strongly to get within 0.6 lengths of the winner in third last start over 1400m at Mizusawa. Goes well at this trip, recording four minor placings and should be hard to stop. KAKUHIME (3) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 1200m at this track when second, beaten 2 lengths. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so another bold showing is expected. RUBY MARVEL (6) was well in the market when resuming last start but failed to threaten when a disappointing eighth at this track over 1200m. Should be in the finish. Can feature with the right run.
