KING LEGEND (7) turned in a fine effort to score by a neck at this course and distance last time out to build on a solid first-up result. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. VATRENI (12) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish third over 1400m at Kanazawa. A repeat of the latest effort will see him in the finish again. BELLAGIO UMAMUSUKO (6) showed good speed to stalk the pace before drawing clear to score by 1.3 lengths over 1400m here last time out. Takashi Nakata who has scored on him eight times retains the mount. Has claims on his best figures. HINODE TEIO (8) returned from a spell four weeks ago when he was sixth over 1700m at this track. Fitter this time and in the mix.
