He has trialled since then, and is worth including in all top 4 combos. NEW FOREST (1) started at $3.80 last time but could only manage fourth, beaten 2 lengths, at this track over 1650m. He has a sound record at this distance with 3 wins and 3 minor placings from 9 runs, and with less time between starts, he has to be included. EVERSTAR (11) turned things around last start and got the job done by a nose over 1200m at Happy Valley. There is more depth to this field, but he is a lot stronger this season, and can't be taken lightly.
