CELESTIAL HERO (4) was very good on a wet track last start when only 0.8L off the winner. He was sound prior to that effort, though he was ridden closer last start and that looked to play a massive role in the finish. If Bowman can adopt similar tactics from the draw today, he'll be hard to hold out. SPICY STANDARD (12) pulled up with an issue last start when disappointing as the race favourite following a narrow defeat two starts back. He remains down in the weights today and proved he was up to this grade two back when doing it tough throughout. Expecting him to bounce back in a big way. GUSTOSISIMO (1) was much better last start when dropping to this grade and finishing 1.3L away. Purton rides now from a much better draw and he can make his presence felt again. EFFORTLESS WIN (6) bolted in to win his Hong Kong debut and hasn't taken a backward step judging by his last trial. Can repeat the dose.
