CLOUD NINE (3) stuck on well over this course and distance 22 days ago, getting across from a wide draw and hung in there gamely late. He'll be better for that run and now he draws inside for Ferraris. Had trialled well coming in and he looks ready to go a couple better this time around. RIDING HIGH (14) led and scored under Purton last start as the race favourite, winning by 0.8L. The wide draw is a niggle, but he carries no weight as he rises in grade. Can shoot across from the deep, find the front and may prove very tough to run down. SOLID CAR (2) gets the blinkers on today after a solid first-up performance over this course and distance. Form out of that race has been solid and Karis Teetan sticks from his latest trial. Can be in the finish again. HOT DELIGHT (6) creates some interest on debut coming in on the back of a nice trial recently.
