Expected to bring the good form from last campaign to this contest. NOBLE EIGER (9) showed good pace over 1300m at this track last time and went on to score by a head. Has the gate speed to cross from out wide. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. NIMMARI (3) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish second over 1400m at this track. Yukihito Nagata stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on five occasions. Sure to be competitive. SATONO STAHL (5) produced another moderate effort last start when 11 lengths from the winner in tenth over 1300m at this track. Better than recent efforts suggest.
