EMERALD CITY (8) was well in commission last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 1400m at this track in a disappointing performance. Likely improver with strong prospects. TIPSY WORLD (5) has switched yards since finishing sixth four weeks ago over 1600m at Kochi. One of the genuine hopes in the race. SMART AXION (9) drew wide last time and was safely held when 8 lengths away in seventh over this course and distance after meeting with strong support. Draws an outside gate again. Should be poised just off the lead. Not to be discounted.
