Expect a bold showing. OEUF D'OEUF (4) has been thereabouts lately without being able to break through, the latest effort a second at Tokyo Dirt over 1600m. Commendable record at this trip with a win and six minor placings. Clear threat to the top pick. DEATHSCYTHE (5) comes here off a break of ten weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1400m at Tokyo Dirt. Sure to make his presence felt. MR MABO (7) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 2.5 lengths over 1200m at Fukushima. Nicely placed to fill a top-three spot.
