MR CANBERRA (7) was prominent from the outset on debut last start and held on well for second, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 1800m at this track. Likely improver who is expected to be in the finish. FIGHTER JET (16) turned in a better run last time to finish second over 1800m at this track after being prominent at the turn. Has a big finish and should be hard to hold out. YAMAME IKKA (8) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then was beaten 10 lengths when fifth in a 1600m contest at Tokyo Dirt seven weeks ago. Extra trip looks a plus now and shapes as an improver. CHOCOLAT CUIT (15) has not raced since his debut on September 27 over 1800m at this track when he finished 15th, beaten 24 lengths. Was heavily bet that day and raced handy before trying and being eased out of it. Given a good break and may well be worth another chance.
