AT THE HOP (10) finished second two runs back then improved last time out to score by half a length as favourite over 1500m at this track. Well placed and can score again. NIHONPIRO KAY (8) turned things around last start and landed the prize by 3 lengths after being prominent at the turn over 1500m at this track. Nicely placed to feature in the finish again. NOVA ESPERANCA (9) returns from a break of five-and-a-half months. Was racing in great heart last prep with three consecutive wins before finishing fifth at Kasamatsu prior to going for the spell. Looks set to run well. EPIC CYCLE (11) had been racing well with two consecutive placings before last start managing only fifth over 1500m at this track. In the mix on best.
