MEINER LACAILLE (9) went forward last start and proved too strong, getting home comfortably over 1500m at this track. Not much tougher this time. Leading player. SOLAR RAY (7) wasn't far away last time and is edging towards a win, the latest effort a solid second here. Has sound form at this track and distance with a win and five minor placings from nine runs. Best form puts him right in this. ORION HEART (5) is a distance specialist who improved last time out to score by a neck as public elect here. Worth serious consideration. DAGR FORCE (3) missed the placings last time out over 1900m at Kasamatsu. Prior to that had won two races on end. Has a formidable record at this journey with five wins and five placings from 11 starts and cannot be taken lightly.
