DIAMOND HANDS (6) is a promising type who scored at his only run last prep three-and-a-half months ago over 1600m at this track. That was a comeback run after 17 months off the scene. Best form puts him right in this. WATER CLARK (7) lines up for the first time since 22 February. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1600m at Hanshin. Comes here with definite claims on that form. SNARK PICASSO (3) gave away a start then stormed home to win over 1600m at Chukyo last time out. Expected to be there at the business end once again. DAGGER RING (8) was sent out at $15.40 last time but ran above expectations and won over 1400m at this track. Expect that wasn't a fluke so keep him in mind.
