HEART METEOR (3) finished fifth when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 2000m at Kyoto, beaten only one length. Has her share of ability. Will take beating. MUTTRAH CORNICHE (6) is a promising type who hasn't raced since finishing 6 lengths away in sixth over 2200m at Kyoto on November 30. Has won fresh and won only try course and distance. Nicely placed and sure to go well. WILL SURVIVE (7) went forward last time and battled on gamely to finish just a neck from the winner in second over 2000m at Kyoto. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is one of the key runners. FAMILY TREE (1) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a spell on December 13, finishing seventh and beaten 4.5 lengths over 1800m at Hanshin. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
