MIRAI HARMONY (4) resumes. Didn't make an impact at her only run last prep on December 13, finishing 11th and beaten 6 lengths over 1200m at Chukyo Dirt. Has the pace and the right draw to find a good early position. Placed 2/2 this sharper trip and sure to be in the finish. NAMURA MOMO (2) returned from a spell three weeks ago when she was in contention on the bend before being beaten 2.25 lengths into fourth over 1000m at this track. Has a fair record when second up, including two top-three finishes. Daito Ozawa is a key engagement. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. LA MIA MENTE (8) missed the frame when resuming last start over 1200m at Kokura but wasn't all that far from the winner. Should be poised just off the lead. Sure to be competitive. MAONO CRUSH (3) was beaten 5 lengths into fourth at the second run back from a break over 1000m at this track two weeks ago. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
