Looks a race in four. ARVAND RUD (4) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 1800m at Kyoto. Should enjoy a good run just off the speed. Well placed to end a run of four minor placings from as many career starts. SATONO AGUDO (6) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second over 1800m at Kyoto. Plenty of improvement to come and can build on that effort. LONG HOLIDAY (10) is back after a break of 12 weeks. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing third at his latest appearance over 2000m at Kyoto. Nicely placed and can get off the mark. BENTAYGA ORSA (14) finished 2.25 lengths away in sixth at his last appearance over 1600m at Chukyo on December 7 after he gave away a big start. Likely improver.
