LORD ECLAIR (4) produced a big effort when fourth in a much richer race last start after being prominent at the corner, beaten 1.75 lengths. That followed a win at this course the start prior. Better suited here and has the talent to return to the winners' list. KEIAI MAPLE (5) was well supported when resuming last time out over 1400m at this track and proved too strong, scoring by a head to take take his record at this venue to five wins and a second from six attempts. Open to plenty of improvement and could strike again. SETON (2) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last time when resuming from a spell, beaten 0.8 lengths. Has started twice at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Fitter and could go one better. BLUE SYMPHONY (1) draws the inside and could be ready to show more third up.
