OWENS VALLEY (5) was always well back over this course and distance last time and never threatened in the straight, finishing sixth. Suitably placed and anticipating a better run this time. NINE POWER (3) improved last time out, finishing third when he did his best work late at the end of 1300m at this track. Can go on with it. KAZEYOBI (2) did well last start but found one better over 1300m at this track, beaten only 1.5 lengths. Placed to advantage and a threat.
