THANK RYU (5) did a good job last start to finish second over 1400m at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. Meets some better types this time but a big run will not surprise. AFRO GAL (7) produced a reasonable effort when fourth last start over 1400m here after a win at this track the start prior. Rates highly and expected to go close. NOTHING BETTER (1) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish seventh over 1200m at Funabashi. Can feature in the finish here.
