LE PAPILLON BLANC (9) ran on strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Has the class to find winning ways. CARDAMOM ROLL (5) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish fourth, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 1400m at Urawa. Well placed and expected to feature. KYOEI HAGOROMO (7) led throughout last time over 1400m at this track and scored a comfortable win. Should be ridden forward again and will be in this for a long way. TOMORROW'S WAY (1) has been out of the money at her last couple of runs, the latest when seventh at Nakayama Dirt. Down in the weights this time. Out of her depth in JRA meets recently but can easily bounce back.
