A SHIN CARROTS (3) showed little early speed and was always well back last start when sixth over this journey at this track. Tatsuya Watanabe gets the best out of this four-year-old entire. This is a nice drop in grade so he is one of the main contenders. TOHO GEMMA (1) did a good job last start to finish second at this track over 1400m, only beaten 0.8 lengths. Top chance.
