Looks suited and expected to go close on best form. FINE BLUE (3) improved last start when she made late ground to finish third over 1500m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. DADDY'S THANKS (7) is a seven-start maiden who could only manage to finish fourth at his latest appearance over 1400m at this track. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes. SMILE HOP (6) was quickly into stride at this course and distance last time and was handy on the corner but couldn't go on in the straight and finished fifth, beaten 7 lengths. Better than the last run suggests.
