Will be handy despite the tricky draw. Expecting a bold showing. WAKAGIMI (7) is still a maiden after 17 runs and despite that was well fancied last time but couldn't quite get over the line, finishing a close second over 1400m at Sonoda. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Will give a great sight. LANCE OF COMET (6) finished third last time over 1400m at Sonoda when resuming from a spell, beaten 1.75 lengths. Ready to go a couple better. MONONOFUNO MICHI (3) produced a reasonable effort when third last start over 1400m at Sonoda. That followed a win at Sonoda the start prior. One of the main hopes.
